Professions (职业)

医 (yī) - 医生 / 医治

  • Stroke Order: First write the outer part “匚”, top to bottom: horizontal, vertical fold; then write the inner part “矢”, top to bottom: falling, horizontal, horizontal, falling,捺; finally write the bottom horizontal

Examples:

  1. 我爸爸是一名医生。 (Wǒ bà ba shì yì míng yī shēng.) - My father is a doctor.
  2. 医生给病人看病。 (Yī shēng gěi bìng rén kàn bìng.) - The doctor treats patients.
  3. 医院里有很多医生。 (Yī yuàn lǐ yǒu hěn duō yī shēng.) - There are many doctors in the hospital.

生 (shēng) - 生命 / 学生

  • Character: 生
  • Pinyin: shēng
  • English: life, student, to be born
  • Stroke Order: First write the falling, then the horizontal, then horizontal, vertical, horizontal

Examples:

  1. 我是小学生。 (Wǒ shì xiǎo xué shēng.) - I am a primary school student.

师 (shī) - 老师 / 师傅

警 (jǐng) - 警察 / 警告
